Purchase Agreement

Venetia Global Commission

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all transactions conducted through Venetia Global Commission, including its subsidiaries and divisions, namely Venetia Fashion and Venetia Luxury Elite (collectively, “Venetia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing products or services through our website, mobile application, or affiliated platforms (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Offer and Acceptance

All product listings, pricing, and promotional materials on the Platform constitute an invitation to treat and not a binding offer.
Submission of an order by you constitutes an offer to purchase under the terms of this Agreement.
An order is deemed accepted only upon issuance of an electronic confirmation by Venetia.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed are denominated in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
Venetia reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and such other methods as may be displayed at checkout.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Sales Tax and Duties

Applicable U.S. state sales tax, including Illinois tax obligations, shall be assessed on domestic purchases.
For international transactions, all customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and other import fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

4. Delivery of Goods and Services

Physical products shall be shipped in accordance with Venetia’s Shipping Policy.
Digital services, including membership in Venetia Luxury Elite, shall be activated following successful payment confirmation.
Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier for physical goods, or upon electronic transmission for digital goods.

5. Title to Goods

Title to purchased goods passes to the Customer only upon full payment and successful delivery.
Venetia reserves the right to withhold or cancel delivery if payment authorization is revoked or reversed.

6. No Resale Without Authorization

Products purchased from Venetia are intended for personal or authorized commercial use only.
Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Venetia products or services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are governed by Venetia’s Return Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
Customer acknowledges and agrees to review the Return Policy prior to purchase.

8. Force Majeure

Venetia shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or technological failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

Venetia’s liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service at issue.
Venetia shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the transaction.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the State of Illinois, and applicable international commercial law where relevant.
Venue for disputes shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts of Illinois, unless otherwise mandated by applicable international law.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with Venetia’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the purchase transaction and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
