Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through Venetia Global (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with Venetia Global, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. General Shipping Terms

  • Orders are processed and shipped following confirmation of payment.

  • Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Venetia Global is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States, including Illinois)

  • Standard shipping typically requires 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • All shipments within the State of Illinois are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

3. International Shipping

  • International orders may require 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • The Customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Venetia Global is not liable for any delays, rejections, or seizures by customs authorities.

4. Risk of Loss

  • All products are shipped FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

  • Venetia Global is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in the custody of the carrier.

5. Tracking and Confirmation

  • Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details are provided at checkout. Venetia Global shall not be held liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect information submitted by the Customer.

6. Failure of Delivery

  • In cases where a package is returned to Venetia Global due to failed delivery attempts, the Customer shall bear responsibility for any reshipping fees.

  • Orders that cannot be redelivered within 30 calendar days may be canceled, subject to Venetia Global’s discretion, and refunded less any shipping or handling costs.

7. Modifications to Policy

Venetia Global reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time, without prior notice. All modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our official website.
