Return Policy

Venetia Global Commission

This Return Policy ("Policy") is issued by Venetia Global Commission, including its divisions Venetia Fashion and Venetia Luxury Elite (collectively, "Venetia," "we," "our," or "us"). This Policy governs the conditions under which customers ("you" or "your") may return products or cancel services purchased through Venetia’s platforms, whether domestic (U.S. and Illinois jurisdiction) or international.

1. General Policy

1.1 All eligible products purchased from Venetia may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date, subject to the terms outlined herein.
1.2 Returns must be initiated through Venetia’s authorized return channels. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not qualify for refund or exchange.
1.3 Returned products must be:

  • In new, unworn, and resalable condition;

  • Accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase;

  • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of use beyond ordinary inspection.

2. Exclusions

2.1 The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items;

  • Customized or personalized products;

  • Membership fees (including, without limitation, Venetia Luxury Elite membership);

  • Digital or downloadable content;

  • Gift cards or store credit.

2.2 Venetia reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with this Policy.

3. Refunds

3.1 Upon approval of a return, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to financial institution timelines.
3.2 Original shipping fees, handling costs, and any applicable duties or customs fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3.3 Venetia may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit or exchange in lieu of refund where appropriate.

4. International Returns

4.1 Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties, tariffs, and taxes.
4.2 Venetia shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from third-party shipping providers engaged by the customer.

5. Warranty of Compliance

5.1 Venetia complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, the State of Illinois, and relevant international jurisdictions where legally enforceable.
5.2 Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Amendments

6.1 Venetia reserves the right to update, revise, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Any such changes will become effective upon publication to Venetia’s official platforms.
