Quality Guarantee Policy

This Quality Guarantee (“Guarantee”) governs all products and services provided through Venetia Global Commission, including its divisions Venetia Fashion and Venetia Luxury Elite (collectively, “Venetia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our products and services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Scope of Guarantee

This Guarantee applies to all apparel, accessories, and membership services purchased directly through Venetia’s official platforms.

2. Standard of Quality

All physical products are warranted to be free from material defects in workmanship and conform to the representations made at the time of sale.
Membership services are warranted to deliver the benefits, features, and entitlements as described in Venetia Luxury Elite documentation at the time of enrollment.

3. Remedies Available

In the event of a valid quality-related claim, Venetia will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the defective product;
Exchange for an item of equal value; or
Refund or credit, subject to Venetia’s Return Policy.

4. Exclusions

This Guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;
Misuse, neglect, or improper handling;
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or resale;
Products purchased outside Venetia’s official channels.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect when submitting a claim under this Guarantee. Venetia reserves the right to require inspection or photographic evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

Venetia’s liability under this Guarantee is strictly limited to the remedies set forth herein. Venetia shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from product use or service participation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Guarantee shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, with principal jurisdiction in the State of Illinois. For international transactions, this Guarantee shall be interpreted consistently with applicable international commercial law, provided such interpretation does not conflict with U.S. or Illinois law.

8. Entire Agreement

This Guarantee, together with Venetia’s Purchase Agreement, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full and exclusive understanding between the parties with respect to quality assurance.
