This Venetia Global (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides access to our website, products, services, and membership offerings, including Venetia Luxury Elite (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, purchasing from, or using our Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.
You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, website, or intellectual property.
Memberships, purchases, and accounts are personal to the Customer and non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by Venetia Global.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be completed through approved methods at the time of purchase.
By completing a transaction, you authorize Venetia Global to charge the payment method provided for the total purchase amount, including taxes, fees, and shipping where applicable.

4. Shipping and Returns

All product shipments and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

5. Membership Services

Venetia Luxury Elite memberships are subject to the terms, benefits, and limitations described at the time of purchase.
Venetia Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, provided that any material change will be communicated in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with Venetia Global remain the exclusive property of Venetia Global.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venetia Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product, service, or membership at issue.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
For international Customers, these Terms are additionally subject to applicable international laws where relevant.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, USA.

10. Amendments

Venetia Global reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
